We decided to put our house on the market and decided to book Belvoir for a valuation of our property. The agent, Leo Cooper, was certainly professional and warm welcoming. Being new to the process, Leo was able to give us an entire overview of the process and we instantly knew Belvoir would be the suited agent for us to sell our property. Within a day of signing up with them, we had professional photos took of our property by Leo (free of charge) and our house was listed before we knew it the same week. We gained a large influx of interest having 14 viewings within 24/48 hours on the first week of listing. Throughout the process Leo’s professionalism and work showed, always communicating with us and also helping research into properties we were thinking of moving to. He also worked early / later hours responding to messages / questions that I had which was great service albeit he didn’t have to! Leo was able to provide suitable contacts for an EPC reading at a reasonable cost. Although we decided not to proceed with the sale of our property, this was purely a client reason and nothing to do with the agency. Belvoir were super professional from start to end with a seamless cancellation without any hidden fees, strings or T&Cs. Great experience with Gloucester Belvoir agency. Anthony, Lucy and Georgia do an excellent job with efficiency and reactivity. When a repair is needed in the house or in your room, they contact the landlord and a handyman is sent to fix the issue. They also do a good follow up when you are in the checking process and do not hesitate to answer your questions as fast as they could. What I particularly appreciate is that I obtained a new mattress because I could feel the strings of the old one and Georgia brought me in person a new toaster as the old one was out of order.
