When I wanted to sell my property I chose a few estate agents to come and give me an estimate of what it could sell for. Some of them seemed very unenthusiastic and gave me quite low prices. As soon as Belvoir came out to me, they there SOOO enthusiastic and excited about the property, I nearly re bought it myself 😂 and I knew they were exactly who I wanted to go with! They gave me the highest selling price out of everyone who gave me an estimate and we even got offers over asking price! My dealings with Belvoir have been fab. I have been mostly dealing with Steff, who is like having a friend at the end of the phone I can call whenever! What I ever I ask of her, she does! She works so hard, and although we haven't reached the end just yet, I know she is doing everything she can to get us there!!

We were a potential buyer of a property and, from the start, the whole team especially Stephanie & Anthony were incredibly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to potential sellers as, from a buyers perspective, they were upfront with ever detail and their marketing material was thorough. For us, it was was a pleasure to liaise with them and, going forward, I will specially look for properties where they are the selling agent.

Stefanie represented the vendors as the estate agent for the property I was purchasing. Unfortunately (through no fault of her own) the conveyance process was quite difficult throughout; Stefanie worked hard to ensure that progress was made throughout and kept me up to date with the transaction. I've not doubt that without her hard work liaising with the vendors and their solicitors on my behalf that the transaction would not have completed.
