We were very pleased with the advert on Rightmove etc and Lawsons’ advice on positioning the property worked out well - we received several offers. It took 4 weeks to agree a sale. Hayley was very helpful in checking progress in the chain and kept the chain together.

Very happy with the service. The agency is very responsive and made sure the process progressed through all the steps in a timely manner. Although we did disagree on the flat valuation, I did insist on keeping the value I wanted and I luckily it worked well. Dealing with solicitors was not easy, and frankly, if it wasn't for Oulsnam's prompt intervention, the process would have taken longer.
