I had very precise criteria for the arrangement of viewings and communication of decisions which David ensured were kept to. Totally professional does not begin to describe just how impressed I have been. His appreciation of dealing with my mother, his knowledge of the area and process and it’s complications. Just want to say, Leapfrog Lettings were absolutely brilliant handling our first time purchase. Sarah was very professional, and responded to all my questions and emails in a timely and friendly manor. It never felt like anything was too much trouble. Many thanks to Laura Hizzard who made our life so much easier when we relocated from the midlands. There was not a lot of rental after storm Desmond but she found us a property that met our needs having no idea of the area we were in. The whole office were very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Hackney and Leigh in Kirkby Lonsdale made the whole renting experience pleasurable. They are extremely professional polite friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them and we are very grateful for all the help care and attention shown to us.

Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion. I'd like to thank them all very much for the wonderful service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
