Lee and Alison dealt with all the problems we were having with our purchase especially on the exchange day and also checked to see if we were ok once in our new home. With my husband being gravely ill in hospital it was a difficult time and they helped us in every way possible, their support was greatly appreciated and I’m sure exceeded any policies you have as a company.
