I rarely write reviews online but felt compelled to share the positive experience I have had with Matthew Craft and the Team at Frost, Gerrards Cross. They have remained professional and understanding throughout the sale of my property whilst also assisting during the purchase of my new property even though the house was listed with another agency! The difference in professionalism between Frost and another agency was clear to see. Due to personal circumstances, I had to place the sale of the property on hold during the pandemic - the team were very understanding, and when the time came to place the property back on the market, Frost acted in a manner that ensured that all house viewings were performed in a week period with subsequent suitable offers confirmed within a following week. The compassion and empathy they showed towards my family throughout the process must be commended. The staff at the estate agency (In particular Matthew, Sonia, Jackie and Lizzie) were very understanding and honest when helping me with our house purchase and sale - they were non-judgmental nor pushy. With my line of work involving long days in hospital and clinics, and rarely being able to take call ad hoc during the day, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that Matthew would call in the evenings, knowing I would be available after 1900. It did take time for me to find a suitable home (dream home) to purchase, but again Matthew and the team were understanding and keeping the purchaser of my property up to date regarding the status of the move. It was such a pleasure to have worked with The Frost Partnership, Chesham, whilst buying my first home. Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution.
