Warren and the team were great! From first viewing the house (which was being sold by F&C) he was wonderful to deal with. Lynne was great at keeping to ball rolling and getting us to completion. As always with buying houses there are bumps in the road but Warren and Lynne were always there to support, any day or time and kept me updated throughout. Great estate agents :-)

The only reason I did not give 5* across the board is because there were a couple of occasions where I was given an update by my wife that she had received, but I had not. This is due to us being separated, which I understand the company may not have been aware of, but an update to both parties would have been better on this occasion. Other than that minor point, excellent service. Worthy of 5* overall.
