Good advice to make sure I maximised the sale price. They were spot on with the price I would be able to get. for my particular property. Viewing staff were all approachable and professional... and I know they were always there early to check and prep the house as I would bump into them on my way out. Good at checking out the robustness of the buying chain. Its a nice, friendly office, but what's important is they have a high street drop in office which is important for this area, and a hugely professional infrastructure to sell your house.

When your sale falls through at exchange and your agents have another buyer (ready to proceed) in 3 days...
