It's impossible to overstate how impressed I have been by Frost's Gerrards Cross office's handling of the sale of my late parents' house. A special mention of Jackie who as the principal contact was proactive, informative at every stage and totally professional throughout a somewhat protracted transaction - thanks to delays on the buyers' side - while always pleasant and friendly. Matthew was very helpful in advising on the marketing strategy while Lizzie, Sonia and Clare all helped in fielding queries and keeping me informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent team.

From our initial contact with Jackie Spring, when we started our property search, to completion day Jackie could not have been more helpful. The team at Frost in Gerrards Cross have been excellent at helping to sell our property whilst we were abroad - despite them being brought in as secondary agents. Matthew Craft in particular was very proficient at collaborating with the initial agent to get the sale done and always kept the lines of communication open with us. He was always very responsive on text or email at any time and nothing was too much trouble (eg sorting the heating and hot water schedule out as our property was vacated). Highly recommend this agent!
