I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.
