Ben came to do our valuation & there was no pressure to use them or no extra sales pitches for deals on photos he was genuine & friendly & once we decided to use them we were had plenty of viewings & were kept up to date with feedback on any viewing. I booked a free valuation just to understand the price with no intention of selling. The agent Benjamin came prompt on time. It was a pleasure talking to him and he had good knowledge about the area property wise which is important for an estate agent. Also we had a few pending points and he was quick to get back the next day as promised about the price of the property and the other pending points. Happy with their service.
