I have bought and organised lettings through Alex and Sophia. Buying through Alex was an excellent experience, he made it smooth and stress free. He was quick to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas. He was often proactive, having things sorted way before I had even thought about it. His modern style of working is something to be admired. Since then Sophia has been managing my rental, she’s reliable, and makes my life stress free. I have been completely hands off, allowing her to take full control of the tenant and any work that needed doing. Since completion I have spoken to Sophia minimally which is a credit to her work. Both have been a pleasure to work with, often working together in order to help. Estate agents often get a bad name, from me included, however Alex and Sophia are excluded, they are a real credit to the profession.
