Neil Turned up on time for our appointment, gave us more time than other agents that rush you round a property as they need to get to their next appointment. Neil is knowledgable about Brighton property prices and locations, and I believe Neil has worked in favour of both parties and hopefully we can complete a purchase of a property through his estate agency. I would recommend Neil as I feel he is grounded and not like other estate agents that can be a little smarmy.

Neil Beglin of EweMove Hove, as his marketing suggests, is indeed “different” and blows out of the water the usual preconceptions about estate agents. We were considering renting out our flat in Hove when Neil’s flyer dropped through our letterbox and our call was quickly followed up by him with a visit on a Sunday to fit in with our busy schedule. We were instantly impressed with his professionalism, honesty and extensive knowledge of the market, so decided to engage his services when we subsequently changed our minds and decided to sell the property. The sales particulars and photographs produced by Neil were of an exceptionally high standard and a buyer was soon found. In the event, the transaction itself proved somewhat problematic but Neil was there every step of the way, including outside of normal working hours, to offer support and guidance. Neil’s efforts to ensure our sale completed successfully included undertaking challenging negotiations with our freeholders and went way beyond what we would have expected.
