all the staff are very helpful, and polite.. any problems were delt with straight away.i would fully recommend them to other landlords,We are very happy with their service.

never a problem
we’re in the third property that we’ve rented via lettingsrus r us and have never had an issue and have always found them helpful and understanding. we’re talking to them about managing a property we own - their professionalism has always impresse us. we wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend.

Richard and all office staff are always professional, helpful and polite.
We have been letting our properties through Lettings-R-Us for over ten years now, as have other members of our family. We have found this lettings agency to be professional, helpful and polite, Any problems with one of the properties is quickly and efficiently sorted out by the maintenance team.. Regular inspections are always carried out on time. and a follow up report e-mailed very soon afterwards. The rent monies are always paid into our bank account on time regularly every month, and break down invoices e-mailed without delay. None of our properties are ever empty for long, should a tenant choose to move on. Telephone calls/e-mails are always answered quickly. We are very happy with the service Lettings-R-Us provide.

What a load of rubbish don't trust them
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received when trying to rent a property through Lettings r us. They take money and say they have done a job ie. Referencing when this isn't done. They leave you hanging and give total misleading and inaccurate information and from one member of staff to the other haven't got a clue what they are doing. They mess with people's lives and treat you so bad with no reason except lining their own pockets
