All the staff are extremely welcoming. Phoebe provided excellent service, responding to emails in good time and in a helpful manner. No question was too much, or too stupid when viewing properties with Phoebe. Jessica explained everything in an easy-to-understand way during my move-in appointment - the goodie box was a nice touch too. Shelley made a point of explaining in person some information which she was later going to email to me which was a lovely human touch. Top-tier service.
