Brilliant agency and service. I have very positive experience with the agency. Agents are friendly and they are doing their job amazing quick. In less then 2 weeks since we contacted agency, we were able to pick up our keys and move into our new home. And also, in the same time they found a tenant for the flat we were moving out from. We also got our deposit back for flat that we were moving out from in just couple of days and nothing has been deducted from it! Would definitely recommend the agency.

We have just bought a flat through Martin’s in Folkestone. I found them to be efficient and friendly. When we put the offer in the office was decimated by Covid but the staff who were there were very helpful - even though they worked in the ‘rental’ rather than the ‘sales’ side. Buying a property can be a very baffling process - the staff at Martin’s (and in particular Nina) were keen to be helpful.

The staff at Martin and Co have been very helpful with finding a family member a property to rent . Will, in particular went above and beyond to help where possible , and even did a home visit to help when my father wasn’t mobile . They are very helpful and all try their best to help when possible . Very grateful to them all for helping him in a difficult situation.
