The Martin and Co Folkestone team are outstanding. I’d been looking to move out of London in 2021 and Phoebe was so prompt, helpful and friendly during viewings, as well as assisting me with all other enquiries! Phoebe was so bubbly and likeable when viewing the property. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In the mean time when we had any other questions I would just pop her an email and she would get back to me straight away with an answer. I have had bad experiences with a different agent taking a long time to do everything and being very unresponsive but this has been a welcome change to being efficient and organised. I was also pleasantly surprised to be given a welcome to your new home box with lots of goodies inside which is a lovely touch! Definitely recommend Martin & Co and Phoebe is a star!
