Rented through Martin and co from November 2019-November 2020. Will showed us round the property and was extremely professional and a genuine kind person who matched out excitement when viewing the property. Most of the rental team and absolutely lovely but definitely recommend Will!PositiveProfessionalism

Positives - Helpful moving in. - Quick to respond to minor repairs (a lot were needed) - Very fair on leaving and returning deposit. Negatives - Once disputes arose with owner did not act fairly. After many months of fighting and huge stress we were compensated for this. - Some members of staff lovely, some very rude.

Shocking communication !! Vacated a property on the 27/5/24. Not a word, don’t hear from Martin and Co. No email or note, or thank you or wish us well, or some idea of WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. So last Friday am I called, was told my area rent manager was busy, told he will call soon. No word. I called again in the afternoon . Same thing. Then just before the close of play he called, Told the delay was the landlady for the check out. Told it will be completed in few days. It’s the 12/6, 16 days and we don’t know what’s going on, not to mention the return of the deposit.
