Shame as our experience was not as positive as other reviews on here. Purchased a house recently through them. Would probably sell through them, but not buy! Due to Covid we had various problems with our mortgage company and the process was a lot slower than normal, mostly as they are working fro. Home. We felt pressured by Country Properties with constant phone calls and requests for updates every step of the way (they did disclose to us that the property we have purchased, the vendor was a family member of a employee at Country Properties) , or if it is their normal practice. I have never experienced this with previous estate agents. A bit of advice, without prejudice to Country properties, make sure you have a survey that is not desktop. We have a leaking garage roof which is in need of total replacement. So buyer be aware! As I said I would sell through them as they get the job done.... but not buy.

It’s a shame ! They r going to ask u a lot of questions! If u have low income even they don’t ans u! Any answer they don’t like they r not going to ans u !! They r only rich people 😅😅

I thought I could trust this agent told them I would call them after lunch to confirm purchase after a meeting with my bank in the morning Phoned them at 1.15 and they told me they have sold it!! Absolutely fuming so unprofessional been trying to purchase this house for a long time All they said there .use be a misunderstanding!! Would not recommend this agentNegativeProfessionalism
