We have sold a property through Country Properties and also bought an investment property. We would not hesitate to recommend them! From start to finish their customer service was excellent!

Shame as our experience was not as positive as other reviews on here. Purchased a house recently through them. Would probably sell through them, but not buy! Due to Covid we had various problems with our mortgage company and the process was a lot slower than normal, mostly as they are working fro. Home. We felt pressured by Country Properties with constant phone calls and requests for updates every step of the way (they did disclose to us that the property we have purchased, the vendor was a family member of a employee at Country Properties) , or if it is their normal practice. I have never experienced this with previous estate agents. A bit of advice, without prejudice to Country properties, make sure you have a survey that is not desktop. We have a leaking garage roof which is in need of total replacement. So buyer be aware! As I said I would sell through them as they get the job done.... but not buy.

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience renting through Country Properties. The house we rented was in an unacceptable condition – it was full of mould, which posed serious health concerns and made living there deeply unpleasant. Despite raising these issues, no real help or support was offered. We spent a significant amount of our own money trying to make the place liveable, which should never have been necessary in a properly maintained rental property. What made the situation worse was the attitude of some of the staff. We were met with condescension and rudeness when we sought assistance. We eventually refused to deal with certain individuals due to their dismissive and unhelpful manner. This experience has left us deeply disappointed with how little regard was shown for our wellbeing as tenants. We would not recommend renting through Country Properties based on how we were treated.

It’s a shame ! They r going to ask u a lot of questions! If u have low income even they don’t ans u! Any answer they don’t like they r not going to ans u !! They r only rich people 😅😅
