I found them very patronising and rude I was told I was not a normal landlord even though I rent many properties all over London. I’m not sure how they are still in business the way they conduct themselves without professionalism. I would not accept there terms and conditions in there present state, this is my right. I feel I was being pressurised to do sign which I was not comfortable to do so. I urge everyone to read them carefully and do not accept what is given to you it benefits the agent and not the landlord. Protecting all sides is important. I will not recommend them to anyone I rate them as one of the worst agents I’ve ever dealt with sadly
Made an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Just the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Incredibly uncommunicative, slow in responses, inaccurate in information and rude.
One star for your Windsor branch who I cannot find on here! Think they should focus more on being estate agents instead of financial advisors with their sarky little attitudes. Trying to belittle people who probably even get paid more than them!
I currently rent through Frost in Feltham, and have been a tenant for over a year now. The service we have received has been absolutely appauling. A cooker and extractor fan has been broken now for over 2 months with no repair. I have had numerous leaks over the past year from the toilet, the bath taps, the kitchen taps, a leak under the kitchen sink and we had a leak from the bathroom that came into the living room. All of these items took months to repair and added £100+ to my water bill with no compensation. I reported one repair to the electric meter cupboard door, last February it blew off in Storm Doris, it took until the December for the repair to be carried out. I have had only 2 repairs done in the 28 day agreement and I am at my wits end. The only way to get any repairs done is to ring daily and badger them. I had an property inspection carried out in January, I let a gentleman in my home for 30 minutes he took photos and noted down a number of issues in the property. Only for this report to vanish and to go down as a no access. If I could give them a 0 star I would, I advise people constantly not to rent through Frost. They make constant promises they will improve, then the next time I log a repair I go through the same horrific process. It was bad enough when I moved into the property, it was full of personal belongings, food in the kitchen cupboards, ornaments, bedding and towels in the airing cupboard, draws full of photos and certificates. I spent the first week clearing and cleaning the property. This is not what I signed up for.
