It was a very pleasant experience with Georgina and Jamie towards the purchase of my first home. All through the journey they were very approachable and prompt in sharing information/updates giving me a very comfortable feeling. I would always recommend them to anyone planning to go for a purchase of property and also thank them again for all the help and support for the successful completion of my purchase.

Sebastian went above and beyond in helping me find a home for me and my family. the level of support, compassion and professionalism that he has given to me during this trouble times has been unbelievable. even working from home he managed to get us to me in to our new home. thank you.

We can highly recommend Frost estate agents in Feltham. The Manager Jamie Berryman was especially helpful throughout, easily contactable answering queries when needed. The sale of our house was swift and successful.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all the staff involved in the sale of my property . From the first phone call all the way through to the sale they were with me every step of the way. I am happy to say that they made what can often be a very stressful time much easier for me. It was my first experience of property selling and I am so pleased it was The Frost Partnership Feltham that were my Agents of choice. I was kept up to date with all feedback from every viewing. I have spoken to Sebastian after having to evict the nightmare tenants and unhelpful estate agent whom I suffered with...He was very helpful from the beginning and guided me through the whole process also helped me to get the property back in to the right standard.He responded to my phone call while he was on holiday as well and introduced me to Rob who is his team member. I have to say Rob is also an amazing member of the team who is very well mannered and helpful. Both have updated me through the process on daily basis so I never had a chance to chase them 😉. I have to say that I'm really happy with the whole experience with them and service I got so far was great. They are good team with great work. I recommend them for real .

Excellent professional and helpful staff, especially Rob, Paige and Sebastian from the day I first called the agency. Managed to get the house sooner than I thought. They always answer to any issues promptly. With Frost Partnership for two years now and I would recommend it to anyone!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a complicated sale involving lease extension and buyers pulling out at the last minute but they quickly found new ones. Would use them again.
