I only have horror stories from past agencies but I have been very impressed with LK Lettings so only thought it was fair to write a good review. I wanna say right from the bat these guys are quick, they will answer the phone instantly, if you leave the voice mail they will get back to you asap. They will check up on you after a change etc too which was lovely. I dealt with Louise and Alex during my 18 month tenancy. They made the whole experience feel very personal. Both of them exceeded expectations and are exactly what you want when dealing with a letting agency. I couldn't stress this enough! Thank you for restoring my faith in letting agencies, when I move back to England I'm still in your area I will come straight to you! Thanks guys again Louise and Alex, 10/10. 😎😎

Gemma was absolutely excellent from the start; Being very open and informative throughout the entire application process. Alex and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful any time I needed help when Gemma was gone, being quick to learn about my situation. LK Lettings have been with out fail at the top of their game, from initial phone call through to securing the home we looked at to. The staff have been at the end of the phone when ever they have been needed even through the busy Christmas period with time off for the holidays. I would recommend them to anyone.

Top tier service - recently let a new apartment and LK were leaps and bounds ahead of any competitors, great communications, friendly people (Alex was especially helpful) but the whole team seems excellent and helped bring order to a very stressful time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would - highly recommended, especially compared to some big chain agents I've used in the past.

Great letting agents!

I have been dealing with Katie and Louise for some time now and have always found them to be helpful and nothing ever seems too much trouble, but recently I felt they went above and beyond when I had a problem in my property, they not only took my call out of hours but sorted the issue out with minimal distribution to myself.

I could not have asked for more from Katie, Louise and the team. From the point of check in, to issues with the boiler and even helping with removals when we moved out, Katie especially, has gone above and beyond and made me feel very special. There were a lot of snagging issues with the house, but the girls came together and everyone was very satisfied by the end. Thanks again for everything.
