Keats were the agents for our recent sale and purchase and we couldn’t fault them. James and Derek were professional, friendly and really helpful in keeping things moving along (especially when the bottom of the chain stalled due to a legal matter which I’m sure would have taken much longer to resolve if Derek and James didn’t keep following up progress with our buyers agent and their solicitors). Hopefully this move is our forever home but if we should ever go through this process again we would definitely use Keats again.
