Liam took time to understand our personal requirements and how the property would meet them. Not only that, he knew the property well and was able to point out all the important features so much so that we didn't have any questions to ask! Such a difference from other local agents who just stand at the door with a folder and leave you to it. He then meticulously explained the process we would follow to apply and other pertinent points. We picked the property because it was perfect but also because of the faith instilled in us by Liam, that Martin and Co were a letting agent we could trust. Thank you Liam!
