Adam kemp is our property manager and he always provides a great service, is very efficient and helps straight away with any problems the tenants have. Highly recommend.

Throughout my dealings with Louis Craggs, who was property Manager for the house I rented, I always found him to be very professional, helpful, polite and he quickly and efficiently responded to any issues I raised - equally important as a tenant, I found him to be very pleasant and friendly.

We have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.

We have let our property with Manning Stainton for a couple of years and the service level has been consistently high. We like the fact that we are allocated a property manager as you know exactly where to direct any enquiries.
