100% would recommend Tom and his team. After being messed around by a different company/surveyor and delaying the HTB process & nearly loosing our mortgage offer, Tom quite literally saved the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Winfields have done an excellent job in undertaking and compiling my RICS survey report for Help to Buy, they found the report well laid out and easy to read, I believe this is a factor they take into consideration when reviewing it. Unfortunately my report expired 1 day short (my own fault) but after a quick call to Winfields, they were able to extend it for a small fee. I highly recommend anyone looking for a RICS surveyor to reach out to Winfields. 5*
