This was the smoothest house renting experience I have ever had. The circumstances were unusual. I was in training like three hours away and it was impossible to go for proper viewing. The staff were absolutely understanding and offered to do a video viewing. They included so much detail that I didn't need to go down for a physical viewing to decide. From that point forward, the whole process was a breeze. the staff were friendly guiding me through the referencing process all through to the final agreement signing. The move-in date was even adjusted to suit my schedule. Every query I had was responded to promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Alice Norsworthy and Emy Horsell were just a great help. Even after moving in, Alice continues to be a great help. I got great links that have helped me get set up quickly with my utilities and general settling down. My experience with Martin & Co Exeter Lettings was simply wonderful and I recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in a region they cover. You wont regret it.

This is the first time that I've used a rental agency, and can honestly say, how lucky that it was with Martin & Co. From the start they have acted very professionally and been so helpful if and when I've needed some assistance. They were so quick to act when any work was required on the property. Communications were excellent with them too. All the staff are so helpful, polite and hard working. I would definitely use these guys again should I need to. Highly recommended 👌

Ive worked with a lot of Exeter’s Estate Agents and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Martin & Co, they a very on top of maintenance issues and get things sorted very quickly for their tenants, they are also very responsive to emails and call back if busy.
