We have been using Sheldon Bosley Knight for several years to manage our Buy-to-Let properties, having been inherited by them on their takeover of Timothy Lea & Griffiths. Their service is excellent. If there is ever a problem (a water leak, a boiler fault or something electrical) they are on to it straight away. In many instances they have already contacted a tradesman before they call us. They notified us at the beginning of this month to notify us that a tenant was handing in their notice. Within days they had viewings arranged, three days after that, we had a list of 6 possible new tenants that they had already checked out. They are moving in now. All sorted with no down-time. Josh and his team only Isobel, Micha and others deserve a mention. We could not fault them.
