Couldn't ask for better service
I think the team at Avon Estates are the most helpful I've ever dealt with. They are firm, but kind, and as such get great results. My property sale was not straightforward and despite this I was looked after very well and the sale went though successfully. I would say Avon Estates are particularly good at communication, I was never left in the dark about the current situation, despite the huge number of viewings they needed to do for me. Top notch this lot. You can't go wrong.

Amazing
Fantastic people to work with. Always polite, helpful, no non sense and sold our house very quickly. If only buying through RA Bennett could have been so easy!!!!! Unfortunately they are the polar opposite to Avon ....... un professional, never return calls etc etc

Professional Sale to SOLD!!
Avon Estates are great, very responsive quick to value and get our house on the market. Communication was great and they worked around our needs with the multiple viewings we had during the period our house was up for sale. We sold very quickly and for the price we wanted. We would highly recommend. Thanks Avon

Exception to the rule
I would just like to say that over the past few years I have dealt with many Estate agents and found them all to be annoying, hard work and unreliable. However, you are the exception to the rule and have proved to be the exact opposite. I am really pleased with your services, communications and the price we paid for the work you have done. Absolutely Amazing Service!
I can't possibly find the words to describe how happy I have been with Ben & Lynne from Avon Estates. They have gone above and beyond to make this purchase so easy and perfect. My husband and I were blown away with how wonderful Ben;s approach was. He did the viewing for what is now our home. He was warm, kind, funny and totally open & honest. Something we had never had before in other agents from various other agencies. He made us feel so welcome and was always willing to help and answer questions. In fact he encouraged us to ask as many questions as possible. We instantly fell in love with the house and wanted it. He then went out of his way to make sure that the couple who were selling the house were happy with us too as much as we were happy with the house. After our offer was accepted it then fell to Lynne to help things go along smoothly - I couldn't believe how easy it all was and how on top of everything she was. If I got a little stuck or wasn't sure what to do next, they were only ever a phone-call away. Lynne was very patient and so helpful. I was a first time buyer and I felt very out of my depth. However with her help and guidance (and her sense of humour) she made something very stressful feel so much better. I can't believe how lucky I was to find our house with such an outstanding team or to have bought it from a couple so loving. I feel truly blessed with my experience. I will forever be thankful to Ben & Lynne at Avon Estates. All the very best for always, Rose Cullimore. x
