The service I have experienced at Michael Poole has been second to none. I wish all letting agents were as quick off the mark and would highly recommend them. The manager Kelly is knowledgeable and efficient and nothing was too much trouble which was especially beneficial as we are not locally based. 10/10

Michael Poole are a great estate agent to use if you want to sell your house. All staff at the Eston branch were helpful and were always cheerful when I spoke to them over the phone and in the branch. They helped us sell our house in 7 weeks so if you are looking for a quick sale they are the company to go with.

If you want your house selling, then these are the guys to go with. You pay that little bit more but we sold the house within 14 days or so. For selling the property they would be a straight 5 *. The 3 star has taken into account their customer care. Nothing against Audrey as she took over half way through our process. But before we were getting a lot of calls to make alot of calls to other parties ourselves to resolve matters - I believe that's one of the reasons we pay you a premium, correct me if I'm wrong. But yeah, if you want to sell your house, and don't have a care for customer l, provider relations, go with these. The guy who done our valuation was brilliant and so informative.
