Awesome service

An experience that is usually considered really stressful and time consuming ended up feeling really seamless and easy, this is all because of both Rob and Sally. We both wanted to get our house up on the market really quickly due to seeing our new dream home, the turn around time to do this was spectacular, within a week we had our home evaluation then had professional photographs and our house was up on the market. Not even 24 hours had passed and we already had lots of activity on on our house. Within the space of 4 days Rob and Sally did viewings and we accepted a really good offer. On the run up to exchanging contracts EweMove provided many regular updates and lots of useful information which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend EweMove to anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a house as their services truly were exceptional and we could not thank them enough!

5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase. This was achieved largely due to Rob's responsiveness and the quality of listing that he put together. Rob was optimistic but also realistic about what we could achieve and then exceeded the expectations set out. Throughout he was friendly, approachable and never pushy. I genuinely can't think of a way our sale could have been handled any better. Thanks Rob, best Estate Agent we've ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could.

I viewed a house through Rob in Pontefract West Yorkshire. I put an offer in on the house (which i had done on 2 other properties through different companies). Rob was the only agent to actually call me and advise the status of the viewing and my offer etc and kept me constantly in the loop, quite refreshing as it is very frustrating at the moment when trying to purchase property due to the nature of the market. He was fab and i would definitely go through Ewemove when i actually buy/sell/rent in the future.

Rob was amazing from start to finish had all the answer to any question that was put to him and if he didn't, he would find out and get straight back to me. He was professional at all times, open and honest which is all you can ask for when selling a house. The photographs he took of the property were amazing, he dealt with all of the viewings without any disruption to me or my two young children. Couldn't recommend enough. So helpful and informative on the local area (we have relocated to Yorkshire). Rob went above and beyond to help us get the keys on completion, we had been caught in a lot of traffic on the drive up and was definitely outside of work hours, however he was ready to drop the keys off for us. They are so helpful. Getting viewings arranged was so quick and hassle free. Always answered voicemails quickly (unlike other companies!). Highly recommended and will personally use again if needed.
