From the start, Curchods gave us a frank and honest appraisal of the probate and sale value of my late mother-in-law's property, and guided us through the prolonged and at times difficult process of sale. They know who the market is for different types of houses and then they work diligently as a team, booking in qualified 1st and 2nd viewings. As a result I had several offers and was able to choose who I sold the house to. The follow through of the team is exceptional and I really liked the way that they would discuss viewings with the whole team so that everyone knew what was happening with my house.
