Sincere & helpful service
We welcomed the very honest approach from the start and found this extremely refreshing and reassuring. Matthew Knight was very approachable and went over and above in ensuring our sale went through despite unforeseen complications arising as we went along the process. We would recommend Curchods and Matthew in particular.

Highly professional, proactive with outstanding service
Joe and his team were excellent. Proactive before we'd even instructed them which continued throughout the sale process. Joe was responsive and professional. Quick to get back on queues or chase things up when needed. Our sale process couldn't have been smoother!

Apartment purchase in Esher
Matthew at Curchods in Esher was a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying process. Polite and helpful throughout- despite a lengthly and at times frustrating period in a chain- from having the offer accepted, through to exchange of contracts and completion. I have never dealt with a better agent (and have experienced many over the years who did not match up to this high standard) and so would be happy to recommend Curchods based on my experience.

Superb service throughout from Curchods Esher
We have just sold through Curchods Esher and their service throughout the whole process was impeccable. Mark was very credible and trustworthy when doing the valuation, and then Gillian Thomas was simply amazing in managing the viewings, but more importantly the liaison with our buyers and solicitors. We unfortunately lost the first house we were buying, and if it wasn't for Gillian, her solution hunting, and her reassuring of all parties, we would certainly have lost our buyer. We would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

Very satisfied with the excellent service throughout.
Richard and his team were very fair, helpful and efficient right from the start. They gave us value for money, kept in touch throughout, returned calls efficiently and dealt with queries in a calm and reassuring manner. Selling a house after some 35 years is a stressful business however, they made it less so with their expert help and guidance. Of all the Estate Agents in Esher, we would certainly recommend Curchods as the best. Many thanks.

Good local knowledge and very friendly
We recently bought a detached house in Esher through Curchods and were helped through the whole process by Gillian Thomas. Gillian was excellent throughout, providing us with a lot of great information and advice at every stage of the transaction. Curchods come across as very professional and the staff (Gillian in particular) are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

The best agent in Esher
We have used Curchods in Esher a few times now both for buying and selling and they are quite simply the best of the bunch! Mark, who heads up the office, is always our go to and offers wonderful advice, great market insight and competitive pricing when it comes to valuing property. He gives you a realistic price, not an over-inflated one just to get your business. Our most recent house sale just went through last week and the wonderful Gillian was our main point of contact. She was simply marvellous. She kept us updated all the way through, liaised with solicitors on our behalf and kept the whole process running smoothly. If I could give Curchods, Esher six stars I would!
