I have rented trough Unique Estates for over 7 years and I always found their service absolutely nothing short of Excellent. Whenever I had any issues with the property I was renting in North London, Chris and John have always been extremely responsive and in most, if not all, cases got the problem sorted that same day for me. As tenants, great experience with Unique Estate. We have been provided with professional support throughout the moving process, and any query has been addressed in a prompt and caring manner. Moreover, Chris has personally taken care of a couple of small issues we had after moving into the property - we have been kept up to date with the developments and he has made sure we were happy once the matter was promptly solved.
