I have used kings letting for the last 6 plus years for my flat My last tenant left due to rent arrears Robyn went above and beyond to keep me updated With the new process for my new tentants. Every process of contracts etc very prompt answered all my questions. I also dealt with James Cecil.from the enfield branch James in person dealt brilliantly with getting a super quick turn around 1week Getting my new tenants in.got contractors in to paint and clear out old stuff out. Keeping me informed by phone and email. While I was away on holiday nothing was too much advised me with every thing that happening. James Cecil at lettings team has been very helpful and knowledgeable with any queries that we have had regarding the flat which we have now rented, thanks to James. He was always polite and available on the phone, he just seemed like a nice guy who was professional yet easy to deal with and very very helpful. We would be very happy to use Kings Group Enfield again in the future.

Working with Georgia to find my new home was a very delightful experience. She ensured she was available to show me homes according to my specifications and pointed me in the right directions.
