Amazing experience throughout, even during some challenging times. Chris Hancock carried out our valuation and was clearly knowledgable of the area and marketing conditions. He took great time and care with us and explained the whole process as we have never sold before. We sold for a really good price, even more than what other agents had valued the property at. We even bought our new house through Cheffins. We we're struggling to find but it was their team who kept us informed of new properties that may be off interest, without their calls, I don't think we would have even considered the property we know live in. They explained why we should consider the property and we are so grateful they did. The updates after the sale was agreed was also excellent, they kept us informed of developments and what we needed to be doing. We cannot be more thankful for what Cheffins have done for us.
