This is the second time I have used this estate agent and would highly recommend them. They are absolutely brilliant. They work really hard for their extremely reasonable fee, continuously updating you throughout the sale process, from start to finish. I have used a few agents over the years being a landlord and would rate these as my best. Some agents have charged more than twice the amount but do not match the service you get from sellWell.

Great service from start to finish. The lady who came to assess the house and its market value seemed very knowledgeable of the local area and the correct price for properties. As a result of her recommendations, the house sold within three days. Melanie has also been very helpful, always liaising with the buyers on our behalf and following up every step of the process, whilst keeping us informed. Would recommend 100%.
