Karen and Melanie have been excellent in the way they marketed my property. They always kept me informed of any developments and always returned my calls in a very short period of time. I would totally recommend them and would always choose them again if I wished to sell more property. Very efficient.

Sellwell online was recommended to me by two friends who had both sold their homes with Sellwell....from the minute Karen came to see me and we discussed the process I instinctly knew that I would be selling my home with them, the conversation was as if I was talking to a life long friend. I had already engaged with valuations from 3 other estate agents but knew from talking with Karen it would be them that I would go with. The photos that were taken made my home look beautiful and Karen assured me that my home would be snapped up and she was absolutely correct. The personal touch was then passed to Melanie, who from the minute she commenced with the viewings constantly kept me updated with how the viewing went. We are thrilled with the service provided by Mel and Karen, this is no ordinary estate agents! From start to finish we have been amazed at how fantastic these two lovely ladies are. Karen gives wonderful, yet honest advice on the price of your house and takes such brilliant pictures that make your home look spectacular. Mel is so efficient, she is always keeping you updated and you never have to chase her up for anything. She chases everyone for you and is extremely professional. They make the whole process as stress free as they can for you and are worlds apart from any other estate agent. To add to that they are cheaper than most, which is a massive bonus. The photographs of the property for the advert were beautiful and the advert was put up extremely quickly - we accepted the full asking price within 10days! Our neighbours were so impressed they also put up with Sell Well shortly after and sold within a week. Melanie dealt with the majority of the sale and regularly kept us up to date and helped with areas we had no knowledge on. A fantastic, friendly and quality service.
