This was my second experience with Sell Well, and what a team they are. I would not ever consider using anyone else. Right from the first appointment with Tracy, who then came to take photographs, which were marvellous, through to Amber and then the fabulous Clair, we had nothing but first class service.. The team are always available to answer any queries and to ease any anxiety. Thank you for another pleasant experience.

We used Sell Well Online to sell our house last month and I have to say the service they provided from start to finish was brilliant. They were very thorough with everything from Tracey coming out to do the photos and brochure, the booking of and feedback given for every viewing we had and once the sale was agreed the service provided by Claire liaising with the solicitors and everyone in the chain was excellent. We considered using Purple Bricks and other online agents prior to choosing Sell Well and we are glad we went with them. They are worth every penny of their fees and it's worth paying that little bit more to get such a refreshing service for something that can be quite stressful at times.

Sell Well were brilliant from start to finish. A professional and friendly team who were always just a phone call or email away and always quick to respond. We would definitely recommend, especially if buying your first home, as we couldn't have done it without Mel's support & guidance. What can I say? If I could give Sell Well 6 stars out of 5 I would. Mel and her team were nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire process. Friendly, unbelievably efficient, sharing an excitement about our house and with an eye for detail that was simply outstanding. And all done in such a lovely manner with a refreshing sense of humour. Every single person in the team performed to this level, and it is clear that they all care about their business and reputation passionately. We invited 4 estate agents round to discuss the sale of our house initially, and Sell Well were the first. I knew from the moment Tracy arrived that I would appoint them - and I was proven right time and again. Tracy’s photos were in fact so good I was worried that our house might look too good! Mel constantly went above and beyond in helping out with solicitors and tricky moments and I always felt she had our backs. I cannot thank Sell Well enough for making what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and relaxed as possible. Good luck for the future ladies – not that you’ll need it!
