I was very impressed with Julie on our viewing today. She was so lovely but also very professional and knowledgable and answered any questions that we had. Although in this case it wasn’t the property for us we look forward to working with her and the Sell Well team in the future.

The whole team are super friendly when you call up and happy to help if your key contact isn’t available. They managed the viewing process well, as that can become time exhaustive if a few of them! Then from accepting the offer to completion Katie dealt with my house, she was amazing. Went above and beyond a few different times to ensure the sale was progressing and kept me updated the whole way through. She’s very friendly and it made the process a lot less stressful, having her deal with it so a massive thank you! Recently purchased a house from a seller using Sell Well, I must the service was excellent throughout, always a friendly person at the end of a phone. This was mainly Katie who kept us informed and up to date. We also had to negotiate on the price after our survey and I felt this was handled very professionally. We were shown around 7 properties in a row by Julie, she really went above and beyond telling us about the different benefits of each area. As we’re relocating from another city, we really appreciated finding out more about areas Julie also went way above expectations by transporting us between the properties at the last minute - this is not something we expected and genuinely appreciate. We had a lot of questions about the properties we were viewing. Julie answered these straight away for us and had taken the time to get all of the property info together. We’re still considering a few properties but anything else we view with Sell Well, we’ll be requesting Julie if she’s available!

We sold our home via sell well. Steven valued the house he took the time to find out our circumstances he went through the valuation process to support the figure. With the house on the market we got frequent updates from sell well. We had advice when required in what was needed if anything to sell the property. After accepting an offer we got regular updates from sell well as to the process of the sale. We received more information from sell well then via our solicitor. It was obvious that the market is changing on a weekly/monthly bases it was clear that the staff at Sell Well have an in-depth knowledge of the market.
