We didn’t actually instruct Sell well as they were our sellers solicitors but they were amazing. Clair was on the ball and answered all my queries swiftly and chased up outstanding issues on our behalf. We also received a lovely ‘new home’ box and a personalised card. Sell Well managed the sale of my property. Incredible service. They created a great brochure for the property and viewing process that I feel increased the desirability of our property, ultimately achieving over our asking price and expectations. Once the sale was agreed they always communicated well, proactively providing updates and checking in. Also supporting in chasing solicitors where needed. Their commission is also very well priced within the market and certainly cheaper than other agents which don’t provide the same level of great service. I would fully recommend! Thanks Sell Well team.
