Dog with a bone 🐾🐶🐕 We sold our house recently with Sell Well. We contacted them at the end of January. They came round a few days later and took photos at the same time. The house was online by 31st Jan and was sold exactly 2 weeks later. They were quick to arrange viewings and we accepted an offer from the second person who viewed (we did have other viewings booked, but obviously these weren't needed). Between the offer being accepted and completion, Rebecca gave us regular updates and liased very well with our solicitor. Rebecca particularly helped us getting the exchange of contracts sorted (we were in a fairly big chain with a split). This was quite a stressful time as we wanted exchange done so we could plan moving. Rebecca was non stop chasing multiple other agents and multiple solicitors. Our solicitor described her as a "dog with a bone" and said that she was doing everything she could for us. Completion day - we received some funds from our solicitor at 11.35am (could see on our online banking), which meant that both of our transactions had been finalised. Rebecca phoned us at 11.37am (before our solicitor got chance to) and told us that everything had gone through. We then dropped the keys off at the office and it was all done and dusted. Price wise, we got exactly what we wanted for the house and what it was worth. We did have another agent come round but they weren't as confident about the correct value. Thanks again 🙂
