Can't recommend this company highly enough. After two years trying to lease my flat independently, I contacted Umega after problems with a non-paying non-leaving weasel of a tenant. They got the guy out and set up a payment plan. The flat was a disaster area when we got it back: Umega had it spotless and a new reliable tenant found within days, all for a reasonable cost. And all while I was in Australia. I sent enquiries to 10 or so Edinburgh agents before making my choice. Save yourself the time, go with Umega!

Umega has proved to be the most reliable and trustworthy letting agency I have ever dealt with. From the first viewing up until the day we moved out, staff were always ready to help in a friendly & positive manner.
