Finding a property and going through the rental process with Umega was a stressfree experience; Becca was excellent in answering all our questions and getting us through the referencing process and the lease signing. It was greatly appreciated as we were doing it all from abroad so her help was invaluable to us. Umega managed the letting of our flat for a number of years and we were very pleased with the service and responsiveness, especially as we had by that stage little contact in Edinburgh. They were particularly helpful with organising repairs which can be challenging. When we subsequently decided to sell the flat we chose them as our selling agents. The liaison between the letting department and the sales department was very good so that when we had a major water leak just as the sale process started their letting department handled the repair very effectively to get the flat ready for the sales department. The sale was handled very efficiently and we appreciated the company's flexibility and ability to handle our personal requirements. We were particularly pleased with the level of communication with us by Daniel of their sales team. We were fortunate that Umega found a buyer very quickly and introduced us to solicitors who were responsive and ensured that the sale was completed without issue or delay.

I always use Umega to manage my flat and the service has always been good and worries free and considering I don't even live in Edinburgh anymore. When it comes to selling my flat, it's natural for me to pass it to their selling team since Umega knows my flat well. I'm a first time seller and the experience with Umega has been really pleasant.
