Our experience with Rettie was a mix of positives and negatives. The tenancy didn’t start smoothly due to issues with the initial handover and communication with our first property manager. That said, we’re leaving a five-star review because of Fraser. He was professional, kind, and thorough. Having rented in Edinburgh for six years, he’s the only property manager I’ve encountered who genuinely carried out a proper flat inspection. He listened to our concerns, was fair, and clearly pointed out things to watch out for. Our check-out process was also smooth. Thank you, Fraser!
