Northwood Edinburgh I have been letting my property with Northwood Edinburgh for 28 years now. It’s been a good partnership. It’s taken the stress out of letting a property. Their service has been great throughout the years. And with their guaranteed payment plan contract it means you are going to be paid even though the property could be empty due to the tenant leaving while a new tenant is sought. The service includes periodic property inspections, quotes for work required on the property with invoices and statements for accounts. They also make sure the property meets all on going and new regulations by the council and government. Overall, a good company to entrust your property with knowing that it is well looked after.
