Every part of the process was straightforward, and the flat was really well cleaned when we moved in which makes a nice change to flats we've had from other agents!

Northwood Edinburgh has managed our property for over 3 years. They are professional. Communicate with the landlord if there are any probes. They make sure the tenants expectations are managed as per statutory regulations. They also transfer the rents promptly. They also regularly inspect the property and send a report.
