A great service provided by Neilson. Jade and Denise guided me through the negotiation stage providing a thorough service and consistently maintained contact to update me on my sale and give feedback on viewings. Kara and Robert also provided a great conveyancing service and swiftly resolved any issues which arose during the sale process. Thank you all,

Everyone in Neilsons are super nice, friendly and profressional. Especially thanks to Lorna and Kara, we had quite a bit back and forth on our property purchase due to various issues, but they are always so supportive throughout the whole process which took almost a year. We used Neilsons to buy our first home six years ago, then more recently to sell it and buy our new home. The team there have been incredible. They helped us through a lot of unsuccessful bids and once we had an offer accepted they worked extremely efficiently to get through the process with as little stress as possible. Having the real estate services combined with the legal side took considerable stress out of the selling process also. Fees were extremely competitive and everyone we worked with were friendly and happily answered all our dumb questions. I can’t recommend them enough.

I used Kara as a solicitor to purchase a property. Excellent service throughout. Swift communication, good negotiation skills, resonable fees and possible to complete the transaction entirely remotely and stress free (which was a pleasant surprise, as I was based abroad at the time). Also, everyone in the office is really friendly and helpful on the phone, you really feel like the all the staff care about you as a customer, and try to make your experience as hassle free as possible.
