Boyd's started out great and I found them to provide excellent customer service... until I paid my fees! Once the fees were paid and on move day the service simply stopped. Boyd's did not pass on vital messages to the buyer of my property and they turned up to ask me in person, as i was in the process of moving out, in order to get answers. Upon moving in to my new property I had a number of problems with leaking pipes and broken appliances etc. but Boyd's didn't want to know. They bluntly responded to my emails without actually reading what I had written and I was made to feel like a nuisance to them. I've had to pursue my problems through a third party as Boyd's will no longer respond to my emails. On top of that, Boyd's were 24 hours late in processing all the fees and apparently 'forgot' to pass on a £1000 incentive that my bank paid when i took out a mortgage with them! Very disappointed and would certainly not recommend or use again.
