Katy devlin at belvoir Edinburgh took on a major issue with my sewage and went to bat for me. She managed miracles at christmas finding tradesmen to make temporary fixes and spent 6 months getting it right for me dealing with scotish water, environmental health and the counci. All while keeping me informed with every step and all the while dealing with my melt downs. Im not sure anyone else could of pulled it off. She has persistence, patience and is completely the professional. Thank you Katy!!!
