Professional and friendly management letting service

Since buying my first buy-to-let property in 2010, 1Let has provided a first class management letting service. I had no hesitation, therefore, to recently re-appoint them to manage my second buy-to-let property. Letting agent to the rescue

I am an overseas landlord based in Hong Kong and I met Ken by chance. He is very professional and provides a service which goes beyond your average letting agent. I have been offered many life and money saving advice from Ken regarding the location, pricing and miscellaneous matters for a profitable buy-to-let. Professional and friendly, it's not hard to imagine that tenants would also feel very much at ease with Ken and confident that they are in safe hands.

1LET - an excellent property letting agency

We have been clients of 1LET for over a year. We had been with another Edinburgh-based agency for over 10 years, but moved to 1LET seeking a more appropriate balance between the needs of ourselves as landlords as those of the tenants. 1LET have struck just the right balance and provide confidence that our home is being taken care of in a professional manner. Their communication, both personal and on the bigger picture of what is happening in the rental sector, has been excellent. Responses to requests or queries have been prompt and efficient within a service that manages to provide a personal touch. They have provided good guidance throughout and have earned our trust. Great agency! Warmly suggested!

My experience with 1Let was definitely great! When we moved in Edinburgh, my partner and me were a little bit worried about all the process of finding a flat, from the research and the application for the property to the paperwork for renting it. However, 1Let staff made it very simple, explaining the whole procedure step by step in a very accurate way: they have been at the same time friendly but very professional. They helped us with the council tax and the electricity supplier and provided us with many useful advices on internet providers and other stuff. The staff also answer to any question/mail within a day, and they are prompt in solving any problem may occur in the rented property. I would absolutely recommend 1Let!

Best by far!

The people at 1Let are simply amazing! Super friendly and such an amazing pleasure to deal with! They made everything super easy to understand and streamlined everything to make it hassle free for my wife and I! I can't recommend these guys enough!

1Let letting services

I have been impressed with the standard of service which I have received from 1Let. From the very first conversation, I found them to personable and easy to get along with. As a first time landlord, I was explained all the next steps in great detail. I also liked their approach to find tenants, with the emphasis on people who were likely to rent for a long period of time. They took care of eveything from advertising to vetting potential tenants while keeping me in the loop at every stage. Although I have dealt with 1let for a relatively short period of time, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Indeed, I plan to retain their services for my future properties.

1Let are the best in Edinburgh!

From the property viewing to handing in my notice and the end of my tenancy 1Let were efficient, friendly and always on call. At the viewing there was no hard sell and the signing process was quick and easy. I have rented from several other agencies in Edinburgh and I must say that, in terms of property maintenance and return of deposit, 1Let's service was the most hassle-free I've experienced and all of my queries were dealt with within 24hours. I could not fault them and felt that they had my interests in mind, as well as those of the landlord,. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Edinburgh.

Moving home, made easy

Relocating to Edinburgh from Aberdeen wasn't easy - but 1Let made moving flat straightforward, quick and hassle-free - from viewing to signing in under a week. Responsive, reliable and professional.

Moved to 1Let after a disappointing experience with another agent.. Did a fair amount of research before selecting them and made the decision based on the feedback I found. As it turned out, that feedback was accurate and was borne out by experiences with a new tenant, which were very efficiently and promptly handled by 1Let with the minimum of fuss - a godsend for me as I simply didn't have the time needed.to deal with it. Yes, an agent is an added expense. But it's the cost of doing business and, if your agent is 1Let, it's worth every penny
