All in all I had a positive experience with Tristram's. It was a difficult sale due to onerous leasehold legislation and there were a few hiccups along the way but there was a positive "can do" attitude from the whole team from the beginning. A particular shout out to Kirsten who is highly responsive to emails and keeps you in the loop with a clear and honest explanation. She's a terrific 'chaser' too and gets answers fast. It would have been a much more painful sale without Kirsten's tireless efforts!
